The landmark Courtyard San Diego hotel has sold for the third time since 2011, at a price $6.5 million below the sum it fetched in 2013. Global investment management firm Pimco reportedly paid $64.5 million in the latest deal for the downtown property that began life as a bank in the 1920s.
