Chef Jean Imbert has succeeded Alain Ducasse as the chef at iconic Paris hotel Plaza Athenee, revamping the restaurant with luxurious new decor and a theatrical menu inspired by historical and contemporary French cuisine. “For me, at this historic palace in the heart of Paris, on Avenue Montaigne, I always had the idea of telling the story of French history and French heritage,” Imbert said.
