Chinese insurer to sell 3 luxury properties in US

Dajia Insurance Group Co. is planning to sell a luxury hotel and two resorts as a part of the portfolio from China’s Anbang Insurance Group Co., which Dajia took over when the Chinese government restructured Anbang. Braemar Hotels & Resorts Inc. has agreed to purchase the Four Seasons Resort Scottsdale in Arizona for nearly $268 million; Host Hotels & Resorts Inc. is in talks to buy the Four Seasons Resort and Residences Jackson Hole in Wyoming for $315 million; and billionaire Tilman Fertitta is looking to buy the Montage Laguna Beach in California for about $650 million.
