Choice Hotels moving HQ to Federal Realty development

Choice Hotels International is relocating its headquarters to the North Bethesda area in Maryland and will occupy 105,000 square feet at a building that will be constructed at Federal Realty Investment Trust’s Pike & Rose development. That lease will account for about 40% of the property, which is expected to include 276,000 square feet.
