The Terrace Plaza Hotel building in Cincinnati has been purchased for $10 million by Cincinnati Development III LLC, which is owned by Anthony Birkla of Birkla Investment Group. The hotel, which has been vacant for a number of years, is on the National Register of Historic Places.
