Construction to resume on $510M resort in Fla.

Allegiant Travel expects to resume construction this month on the $510 million Sunseeker Resort in Charlotte County, Fla., with a goal of finishing work in 18 to 24 months. Construction was about one-third finished when the pandemic halted the project, Allegiant executives say.
