Cornell NYC site awaits 29th Graduate hotel

Graduate Hotels’ 29th property will be the first hotel on New York City’s Roosevelt Island when it opens in June at the entrance to the Cornell Tech campus. “To be able to have a hotel in New York City still rooted to a campus … and really what is supposed to be the gateway to the tech industry for New York City, was a really unique opportunity for us,” Graduate Hotels President and Cornell alumnus David Rochefort says of the 18-story Graduate Roosevelt Island.
