Costa Rica’s HeliJet Adds First Bombardier Challenger 604

Costa Rica-based HeliJet has expanded its fleet with the addition of its first Bombardier business aircraft, a Challenger 604. The 28.2-year-old jet, registered as P4-SGF in Aruba, was delivered to HeliJet on March 26, flying from Dallas Love Field to San José Tobías Bolaños. Previously registered as N60JC in the United States, the aircraft was operated privately before joining HeliJet’s charter services.
The Challenger 604, configured to carry up to 10 passengers, is HeliJet’s second executive jet available for charter, complementing the company’s 13.2-year-old Phenom 300. The Phenom 300, also registered in Aruba, was added to the fleet in 2021 and seats up to seven passengers.
HeliJet operates a diverse fleet that includes not only business jets but also turboprop and piston aircraft. The company operates various models, including King Air, Piper, Cessna, and DAHER-Socata, as well as rotary-wing aircraft from Airbus Helicopters, AgustaWestland, Bell Helicopter, Eurocopter, and Robinson.
In addition to charter services, HeliJet is involved in providing helicopter tours and air ambulance operations. With the addition of the Challenger 604, HeliJet further strengthens its position in the Costa Rican aviation market, offering more luxurious and spacious options for its customers.
