IHG Hotels & Resorts flag Crowne Plaza is changing its long-time marketing push toward “bleisure” conference-goers and frequent business travelers, choosing to refocus on side hustlers, hybrid workers and generational travelers with a more vibrant aesthetic and WorkLife and Suite rooms. Crowne Plaza research shows many business travelers believe business travel hotels overdo it with efficiency and productivity models, Crowne Plaza’s Ginger Taggart says.
