Crystal, renowned for its exceptional cruise experiences, is thrilled to unveil a groundbreaking collaboration with the world-renowned Alajmo brothers, Massimiliano and Raffaele. Massimiliano, celebrated as the youngest chef ever to receive three Michelin stars, and Raffaele, his talented brother and co-owner of their acclaimed restaurants, will infuse their culinary expertise into Crystal’s specialty dining venue, Osteria d’Ovidio, aboard both ships.

This exciting new venture highlights Crystal’s ongoing dedication to culinary excellence. The brand already features Nobu’s Umi Uma at sea and will soon introduce Beefbar by Riccardo Giraudi later this year. With the Alajmo brothers’ partnership, Crystal aims to elevate its dining experiences to new heights.

Massimiliano Alajmo, who has held his three Michelin stars for an unprecedented 22 years, is known for his innovative approach that harmonizes tradition with modernity. His collaboration with Crystal will bring an exceptional Italian dining experience to Osteria d’Ovidio, seamlessly complementing Crystal’s esteemed dining program. Details of the Alajmo menu at Osteria d’Ovidio will be revealed in the near future.

Alajmo will also collaborate with Crystal’s award-winning sommeliers to create unique wine pairings for the Osteria d’Ovidio menus.
