CTM Launches Widget to Score Traveler Well-Being

Corporate Travel Management has developed a widget to measure traveler well-being within the CTM Portal, the travel management company announced.

The widget analyzes such factors as travelers’ trip lengths, weekend trips, overnight flights, time zone changes and last-minute travel to determine a well-being score for each traveler on a scale of one to 100. Travel managers can view the scores as hearts color-coded green, amber and red to show how at-risk each traveler is.

The widget, currently available in Australia and New Zealand, is part of the dashboard that also includes data on carbon emissions for upcoming trips and compliance information.

CTM head of product for Australia and New Zealand Cherie Drummond said the tool was “driven by our customer feedback loops.” A customer survey last year showed that travel risk, safety and well-being were among their top priorities for 2022 and 2023.
