Cuba requires vaccinations, masks, insurance

Cuba is tightening its health requirements for international travelers to include mandatory vaccinations and a negative RT-PCR test. Those who are unable to be vaccinated for medical reasons and children under 13 are exempt, but everyone must wear masks in public and have travel insurance that included COVID-19 coverage.
