Cunard Celebrates Record Bookings and Unveils Exciting 2025 Themed Cruises

Cunard has announced a record-breaking month for bookings in May, following the highly anticipated launch of its newest ship, Queen Anne. The 3,000-passenger vessel made a splash during its inaugural sailing and naming ceremony in Liverpool, attracting more bookings for Cunard in May than any other similar period on record. Queen Anne’s European cruises have proven especially popular among travelers.

In addition to celebrating its booking successes, Cunard has also unveiled its lineup of themed cruises for 2025, offering unique experiences aboard the Queen Mary 2, Queen Elizabeth, and Queen Victoria. These themed voyages will feature a variety of experts and celebrities from the worlds of arts, gastronomy, wine, and entertainment, providing guests with exclusive performances, Q&As, and hands-on workshops.

  • Great Australian Culinary Voyage: Set to depart on February 6, 2025, aboard Queen Elizabeth, this cruise will showcase renowned Australian chefs, producers, and food critics.
  • Film Festival at Sea: In partnership with the British Film Institute, this festival will take place on Queen Mary 2, departing March 8, 2025, featuring a celebration of film and cinema.
  • 185th Cunard Anniversary Sailing: Celebrating Cunard’s rich heritage on June 24, 2025, aboard Queen Mary 2, this voyage will highlight the company’s long and storied history.
  • Dance the Atlantic: Featuring six dancers from the English National Ballet, this special cruise departs August 8, 2025, on Queen Mary 2.
  • Anthony Inglis and the National Symphony Orchestra: Departing September 3, 2025, on Queen Mary 2, this cruise will host the conductor of the UK’s National Symphony Orchestra for a series of spectacular performances.
