Cunard, renowned for its elegant cruising experience, has opened bookings for its 2025 Alaska cruises, featuring exclusive roundtrip sailings from Seattle. The announcement, eagerly received by members of the Cunard World Club loyalty program this morning, will extend to the general public tomorrow.

Katie McAlister, President of Cunard, shared her enthusiasm in today’s announcement. “We’re thrilled to introduce roundtrip Alaska sailings from Seattle, a response to overwhelming guest demand. This full summer season in Alaska is a chance for travelers to immerse themselves in the region’s rich wildlife and extraordinary cities, with extended port stays enhancing the experience,” she said.

The 2025 Alaska season, spanning from June 12 to September 25, promises an unforgettable journey aboard the Queen Elizabeth. This majestic vessel will embark on 11 distinct Alaskan voyages from Seattle, ranging from one-week to 11-night trips. These carefully curated journeys are designed to provide ample time for exploration and adventure in ports like Sitka and Ketchikan, with several late evening departures allowing for deeper engagement with each destination.

Enhancing the cruising experience, Cunard’s 2025 Alaska sailings will feature notable guests such as mountaineer Kenton Cool, polar skier Preet Chandi, and wildlife filmmaker Doug Allen. Their presence and storytelling will bring unique insights and excitement to the journey.

The onboard experience will be equally enriching, with each sailing hosting a cultural heritage guide and a naturalist. These experts will offer deep dives into Alaska’s cultural and natural landscapes, enhancing the understanding and appreciation of this captivating region. Additionally, the culinary offerings on the Queen Elizabeth will be inspired by Alaskan culture and the natural world, promising a delightful gastronomic journey.

The Queen Elizabeth, a key vessel in Cunard’s prestigious fleet, measures 965 feet in length and comfortably accommodates up to 2,081 passengers and 911 crew members. This ship represents the epitome of luxury cruising, combining elegance with modern amenities.

Looking ahead, Cunard is set to expand its fleet with the launch of the Queen Anne in May next year, further solidifying its position as a leader in luxury cruising. The 2025 Alaska season from Cunard offers an unparalleled opportunity to explore the Last Frontier in style and comfort, making it a must for those seeking a blend of adventure and luxury.
