Cunard has announced that its 2025 Transatlantic Fashion Week will depart from New York for the first time, setting sail aboard the Queen Mary 2 this October. The week-long voyage from New York to Southampton will feature iconic names from the fashion world, including designer Christian Siriano, fashion legend Bob Mackie, and supermodel Coco Rocha.

Now in its ninth year, Transatlantic Fashion Week has become a celebrated event for style enthusiasts, offering passengers the chance to engage with leading figures in fashion while sailing across the Atlantic. Cunard President Katie McAlister described the voyage as a showcase of “high culture on the high seas,” and a continuation of the cruise line’s long-standing ties with the fashion world.

Headlining the 2025 edition, Christian Siriano will present his first runway show at sea, highlighting designs from his 16-year career. Guests will also see the debut of a special nautical-themed dress created exclusively for Cunard. Siriano will participate in a live Q&A session in the Royal Court Theatre, offering an inside look at his creative process and inspiration.

Fashion icon Bob Mackie will join the sailing with a curated exhibition of garments from his personal archive, including celebrity gowns and runway pieces. Select original sketches will be available through an onboard auction. Guests will also enjoy a screening of Bob Mackie: Naked Illusion, followed by a Q&A with the designer himself.

The voyage will also feature interactive workshops and fashion experiences, making it a must-attend for travelers seeking a blend of luxury and style on the open sea.
