Cunard’s Queen Elizabeth Begins Caribbean Cruises from Miami

Cunard’s newly refurbished Queen Elizabeth has arrived at PortMiami, marking the start of its Caribbean cruise season. The ship will homeport in Miami for two consecutive seasons, offering nine- to 21-night voyages across the Eastern and Western Caribbean. The inaugural sailing features author and philanthropist Patricia Altschul, known as the Grand Dame of Bravo’s Southern Charm.
Running from October through April, the itineraries start at $1,078 per person for an ocean-view stateroom, based on double occupancy. Cunard’s Senior Vice President Liz Fettes said the cruise line aims to redefine luxury Caribbean cruising through its signature service, elegant Art Deco design, and immersive entertainment.
The nine- and 12-night Eastern Caribbean itineraries include stops at San Juan, St. John’s, Castries, Bridgetown, Philipsburg, and Tortola, while Western Caribbean voyages visit Amber Cove, Montego Bay, Belize City, and Cozumel. The 21-night journeys combine destinations from both regions for a comprehensive Caribbean experience.
After completing the Caribbean season in spring, Queen Elizabeth will reposition to Seattle in May for her second and final Alaska season in summer 2026.
Onboard, guests can enjoy more than 120 new theatrical performances, gourmet dining, the reimagined Commodore Club, and an expanded wellness program, including Harper’s Bazaar Wellness at Sea. The ship also showcases refreshed venues like the Royal Court Theatre, Queens Room, and Lido Pool Club.
PortMiami CEO Hydi Webb welcomed the vessel, praising Cunard’s commitment to Miami and its contribution to the city’s luxury cruise offerings.
