Cynthia Lauren Tewes and Charo to Join Princess Cruises’ Love Boat Voyage

Princess Cruises has announced that Cynthia Lauren Tewes and Charo will join “The Love Boat Celebration at Sea” theme cruise aboard Regal Princess. The special sailing runs November 16–23, 2025, on a seven-day Western Caribbean itinerary from Galveston, Texas, with calls in Cozumel and Roatán.
Tewes, who played cruise director Julie McCoy, and Charo, who guest-starred as entertainer April Lopez, will reunite with fellow cast members Jill Whelan (Vicki Stubing), Fred Grandy (Burl “Gopher” Smith), Ted Lange (Isaac Washington), and Bernie Kopell (Dr. Adam Bricker). Together, they will host themed activities, meet-and-greets, and tributes to the classic television series, including live performances by Charo.

Princess Cruises has also introduced the optional “Captain Package,” which includes exclusive experiences such as The Love Boat Lounge: Cast Cocktail Hour, a Bon Voyage Dinner with the cast, and commemorative merchandise.
The themed voyage continues Princess Cruises’ tradition of celebrating The Love Boat legacy, combining nostalgic entertainment with a luxury Caribbean cruise experience.
