D.C. hotel marks Electra America’s 5th buy

Electra America Hospitality Group has made the One Washington Circle Hotel in Washington, D.C., its fifth acquisition since its start in 2021 as a joint venture between Electra America and AKA. A $30 million renovation and 2023 reopening are planned for the property purchased from George Washington University for an undisclosed price.
