Dallas airport to upgrade cargo facilities

DFW International Airport will invest $119 million to upgrade its cargo handling facilities. “Right now, about 98% of international e-commerce comes into this country through three airports — and we’re not one of them,” said John Ackerman, executive vice president for global strategy and development.
