Dallas-area site eyed for hotel by Utah buyer

Provo, Utah-based PEG Cos. says it plans to build a dual-branded Marriott hotel on a 3-acre site it has bought in the Dallas suburb of Las Colinas. No price was disclosed for the purchase from Koa Partners, which owns the adjoining office building.
