Dallas complex to feature 500-room hotel-convention center

The $1 billion Sapphire Bay mixed-use project on Lake Ray Hubbard in Dallas will include a 500-room hotel and conference center with more than 100,000 square feet of event space, developers have announced. Hyatt Hotels will operate the The Sapphire Bay Resort & Conference Center, scheduled to open in 2023.
