Deadline of water park project in Colo. extended

The state commission has given developer P3 Partners a deadline extension to Nov. 12 to either secure final financing or break ground on the Loveland Whitewater Adventure Park and Resort project in Colorado. Plans for the 40-acre resort include a hotel and roughly 34,000-square-foot indoor water park.
