Delta Air Lines is expanding its international network from Boston Logan International Airport with the launch of two new trans-Atlantic routes in summer 2025. The carrier will introduce nonstop flights to Madrid, beginning May 16, and to Nice, France, starting May 17. Both services will be operated with Airbus A330neo aircraft.

The additions underscore Delta’s strategy to strengthen Boston as a key trans-Atlantic gateway, giving travelers more nonstop options to Europe. Madrid, a major hub for business and leisure travel, will provide New England passengers with direct access to Spain’s capital, while Nice will connect them to the French Riviera, a region known for its luxury tourism and cultural appeal.

Delta’s use of the Airbus A330neo highlights the airline’s focus on efficiency and passenger comfort. The aircraft offers improved fuel efficiency, quieter operations, and upgraded cabin features, including Delta One suites, Premium Select, Comfort+, and Main Cabin seating.

These new destinations complement Delta’s existing European services from Boston, which already include London, Paris, Amsterdam, and Rome. By broadening its network, the airline aims to capture strong summer demand while offering customers greater flexibility and connectivity across Europe.

The expansion also reflects Delta’s investment in Boston Logan as a growing hub for both domestic and international travel. With the introduction of Madrid and Nice, Delta continues to position itself as a competitive player in the Northeast market, delivering new opportunities for travelers seeking direct access to Europe.
