Delta Air Lines announced on July 14, 2023, that it will restart its service to Curaçao, a popular Caribbean destination, after a 13-year hiatus. The airline will offer weekly flights from Atlanta to the island every Saturday, starting from December 16, 2023. Delta will be the only carrier providing direct connections between Atlanta and Curaçao.

The flights will be operated by Boeing 737-800 aircraft, featuring three classes of service: First Class, Delta Comfort+ and Main Cabin. Passengers will enjoy fast and free Wi-Fi, access to Delta Studio with over 1,000 hours of on-demand entertainment, and a range of snacks and beverages on board.

The new route is part of Delta’s largest-ever holiday schedule, which includes nearly 500 weekly flights to 44 Latin American destinations from Atlanta this winter. The airline aims to cater to the high demand for warm-weather getaways during the cold season. Delta also recently launched new routes to Cozumel, Mexico, and Cartagena, Colombia, from Atlanta.

Curaçao is a vibrant Dutch Caribbean island with a rich culture, history and nature. Visitors can explore its colorful capital Willemstad, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, enjoy its pristine beaches and coral reefs, and experience its diverse cuisine and nightlife.

Delta’s customers can book their flights to Curaçao on delta.com or through travel agents. The airline advises travelers to check the entry requirements and health protocols of their destination before departure.
