Three major U.S. airlines have exciting news for travelers as they announce new and resumed flight services to various destinations, providing more choices and convenience for passengers.

Delta Airlines is planning to introduce seasonal service this upcoming winter, connecting Pensacola, located on Florida’s panhandle, with New York City’s LaGuardia Airport. The scheduled flights are set to commence in November, offering six-day per week service initially and expanding to daily service in December. Delta’s daily flight schedule generally includes departures from Pensacola at 2:10 p.m. CST, arriving at LaGuardia at 5:41 p.m. EST. Return flights from LaGuardia are scheduled to depart at 11:15 a.m. EST and arrive in Pensacola at 1:24 p.m. CST. The service will be operated by Delta Connection partner Endeavor Air using Bombardier CRJ900 aircraft.

In another development, American Airlines, the sole commercial carrier servicing Manhattan Regional Airport in Kansas, is set to restart flights beginning Monday. The airport had been closed since May due to runway construction. The regional affiliate of American Airlines, known as American Eagle, will offer round-trip flights from Manhattan Regional Airport to Dallas/Fort Worth and Chicago.

Meanwhile, JetBlue recently launched service on September 20th between Boston and Amsterdam, marking its third European destination. JetBlue initially began flights to the Dutch capital from New York City last month. This expansion strengthens JetBlue’s presence in Europe, building on the successful launch of services from New York’s JFK Airport. Additionally, the airline has plans to provide daily service to London from Boston and is gearing up to launch service to Paris in 2024. These flights will operate daily on JetBlue’s Airbus A321 Long Range (LR) aircraft, featuring 24 redesigned Mint Suite® seats, 114 core seats, and the sleek and spacious Airspace cabin interior.

These announcements come as welcome news for travelers, providing more options and flexibility when planning their journeys. Whether it’s exploring new destinations or resuming travel to familiar places, these developments offer enhanced travel experiences for passengers across the U.S.
