Delta CEO discusses the importance of racial equity

Delta CEO Ed Bastian discussed the importance of addressing racial equity and Delta’s diversity efforts on the Harvard Business Review podcast “Race at Work with Porter Braswell.” About 20% of Delta employees are Black, as is 15% of “overall leadership” and 7% of senior leadership, said Bastian, observing: “It’s not nearly good enough for me, for a company.”
