The rise in unruly passenger incidents has become a concerning trend, with reports showing a significant increase in recent years. According to the Federal Aviation Administration, 2021 witnessed the highest surge in incident reports, with a 492% increase compared to the previous year. As of the latest available data, there have been 857 reports of unruly passengers to the FAA in 2023.
