Delta prepares to roll out digital concierge

Delta Air Lines is finalizing its digital concierge, an integrated digital travel tool that will help passengers with booking, COVID-19 test scheduling and keeping track of health documentation. “Instead of checking one website to find testing locations and using another app to upload a test result, we’re building the capability to manage all of it through the familiar, customer-friendly booking paths on Delta.com and the Fly Delta app,” said Chief Customer Experience Officer Bill Lentsch.
