Delta unveils new in-flight personalisation solution
Delta has unveiled its new digital services and experiences ecosystem, Delta Sync.
Delta Sync, which will be rolled out in 2023, delivers personalised and exclusive in-flight entertainment, onboard catering and partnerships with top consumer brands.
“Delta Sync elevates what it means to be a Delta SkyMiles Member by enabling a journey that fits you perfectly and grows more rewarding the more you travel,” said CEO Ed Bastian.
“The future of travel is one where your digital and physical experiences come together in a seamless, warm and personal way, making those human travel connections even more meaningful.”
To use Delta Sync, passengers should join SkyMiles for free to create a profile and book travel.
Powered by free Wi-Fi
Delta will offer fast, free Wi-Fi to all Delta SkyMiles Members on board most domestic mainline flights in partnership with T-Mobile from 1 February. Delta says it is the first US global carrier to offer availability of free Wi-Fi as a core element of its customer experience.
The free Wi-Fi is built on Delta’s loyalty programme and according to the carrier, in the coming months, Delta SkyMiles Members will find exclusive offers, access and entertainment on the Delta Sync Exclusives hub.
