Developers envision massive replacement for Grand Hyatt

Developers RXR Realty and TF Cornerstone plan to replace the Grand Hyatt Hotel in Manhattan with offices, a new hotel and retail rising as far as 83 stories. “We want to be the first to surge forward in these troubled times, because we do have the belief in the future,” says Jon McMillan, TF Cornerstone’s director of planning.
