DiamondRock sells Virgin Islands hotel for $35M

DiamondRock Hospitality has sold the Marriott Frenchman’s Reef on St. Thomas, the US Virgin Islands’ largest hotel, for $35 million. An affiliate of Fortress Investment Group bought the property, which was damaged by hurricanes in 2017.
