Disney Adventure Unveils Central Hub: Disney Imagination Garden
Disney Cruise Line has unveiled exciting details about the central public gathering space aboard its upcoming ship, the Disney Adventure, set to launch from Singapore next year. The 208,000-gross-ton vessel, a collaborative effort with the Singapore Tourism Board, will accommodate up to 6,700 guests and 2,500 crew members, offering 3- and 4-night voyages exclusively at sea.
The Heart of Disney Adventure: Disney Imagination Garden
At the heart of the Disney Adventure will be the Disney Imagination Garden, a vibrant, open-air space featuring a stunning three-deck-tall castle art piece. This central hub will also include a promenade, a stage, two quick-service eateries, a bar, and garden-view staterooms. The garden will be adorned with blooming flowers, topiaries, tall trees, cascading vines, lanterns, and trellises, creating a whimsical atmosphere.
Laura Cabo, portfolio executive creative director for Walt Disney Imagineering, describes the Disney Imagination Garden as “the heart and soul of the Disney Adventure,” where guests can engage with Disney, Pixar, and Marvel stories in innovative ways. The Garden Stage will host high-energy shows and events, including the signature experience “Avengers Assemble!” featuring a roster of beloved Marvel characters such as Spider-Man, Iron Man, and Captain America.
Dining and Entertainment in Disney Imagination Garden
Guests can enjoy meals at two quick-service eateries within the Disney Imagination Garden. Inspired by “The Jungle Book” and “Moana,” Mowgli’s Eatery will offer Indian cuisine with vegetarian and regional options, while Gramma Tala’s Kitchen will present Pacific Island and Asian flavors. Both eateries will feature indoor and outdoor seating, allowing guests to enjoy their meals while watching performances or people-watching.
Cabo emphasizes the ambitious design of the Disney Imagination Garden, highlighting the space’s potential for “first-of-a-kind experiences,” from new entertainment options to magical surprises. Disney Cruise Line will reveal more details about the ship’s other themed areas in the coming months, promising even more adventure and enchantment aboard the Disney Adventure.
