Disney Announces Four Seasons Signature Private Residences Project at Walt Disney World
Disney has revealed plans for a new Four Seasons Private Residence development at Walt Disney World, set to redefine luxury living within the magical realm of Disney.
Under development by Host Hotels & Resorts, in collaboration with Four Seasons, this exclusive project will feature a total of 40 homes, including 31 units within a mid-rise tower and nine boutique homes.
Bart Carnahan, President of Global Business Development, Portfolio Management, and Residential at Four Seasons, expressed excitement about the project, stating, “Together with our partners at Host Hotels & Resorts, we will offer new residents the legendary service, amenities, and experiences of Four Seasons within the enchanting ambiance of Walt Disney World Resort.”
Property Design and Features
The residences will occupy a picturesque five-acre enclave adjacent to the Four Seasons Resort Orlando, designed by HKS, the architectural firm behind the resort. The exterior design will reflect the Spanish Revival style, featuring grand colonnades, French doors, barrel tile roofs, and decorative metal work.
Each residence will boast open floor plans, premium fixtures, floor-to-ceiling windows, and private verandas. The development offers eight one-story floor plans ranging from 3,494 to 4,327 square feet, and five two-story penthouses from 6,576 to 6,962 square feet, offering three to four bedrooms.
Residential Tower and Boutique Homes
The residential tower will feature a luxurious lobby with resident lounges and flexible gathering spaces, designed to blend natural wood and stone materials with live plants and gold accents. Residents will enjoy a private pool area surrounded by landscaped gardens and serene lake views, complete with lounge furniture, cabanas, and a pool service bar.
Additionally, the nine boutique homes, designed in the French Moderne style by architect Cooper Cary, will offer floor plans ranging from 5,207 to 5,540 square feet, with four to five bedrooms each. These homes will include outdoor living spaces, covered patios, pools, and outdoor kitchens, with access to all amenities of the adjacent residential tower.
Four Seasons Service Excellence
Residents will benefit from a dedicated director of residences and full-service concierge and front office assistance available 24/7. Services will include menu planning, grocery delivery, housekeeping, maintenance, and access to premium entertainment, ensuring a personalized homeowner experience synonymous with the Four Seasons brand.
Located just four miles from Walt Disney World’s Magic Kingdom Park, construction on the project has commenced and is slated for completion by early 2026. Sales will be exclusively handled by Golden Oak Realty, with anticipated availability starting in late 2024.
