Disney Vacation Club Sales To Begin for the Villas at Disneyland
Calling all Disney Vacation Club fans. Mark your calendars for May 2.
That’s the day sales will open to current Disney Vacation Club members for the upcoming Villas at Disneyland Hotel, which are located at California’s Disneyland Resort. Sales for the general public meanwhile, will open May 30.
The Villas are expected to start welcoming members for stays on September 28, 2023.
The Villas at Disneyland Hotel includes more than 340 themed rooms and accommodations, such as duo studios, deluxe studios, one- and two-bedroom villas, and multi-level grand villas. Each room will feature homestyle amenities and modern décor inspired by Walt Disney Animation Studios classics like “The Jungle Book,” “Sleeping Beauty,” “The Princess and the Frog,” “Fantasia” and more.
The property’s duo studio, for instance, has been designed to bring the story of “The Jungle Book” to life for guests. The space, which accommodates two guests, includes a split bathroom with themed tiles and a queen bed that tucks into the wall to reveal a sofa when the bed is not in use.
Deluxe studios feature the stories of the “Sleeping Beauty” or “The Princess and the Frog.” They also include a kitchenette, split bathroom, and two queen-size beds, sleeping as many as four people.
There will also be larger accommodations available including one- and two-bedroom villas that provide more space for extended families. These offerings sleep up to five and nine guests. The one- and two-bedroom accommodations also include full-size kitchens and living areas with sofas that convert into queen-size beds.
For those who need still more space, there are three-bedroom grand villas. These multi-level accommodations are designed for as many as 12 guests. The first floor includes a full-size kitchen, large dining area, living area and private outdoor balcony. There’s also a full-size washer and dryer in the three-bedroom villas and themed bedrooms based on “Bambi,” “Frozen,” and “Moana.”
Beyond the guest accommodations, the property includes a themed pool, splash pad and pool bar.
“Disney Vacation Club is thrilled to offer an additional vacation ownership option on the West Coast,” Bill Diercksen, senior vice president and general manager of Disney Vacation Club, said in a statement. “The addition of our 16th Disney Vacation Club resort reflects our continuing commitment to making our members’ dreams come true by providing exciting new opportunities to make magical vacation memories that last a lifetime.”
Disney currently operates 15 Disney Vacation Club properties across four states.
The Disney Vacation Club also recently announced its first-ever Member Lounge at the Disneyland Resort in California. That new space is scheduled to open on April 19. Dubbed the Disney Vacation Club Star View Station – a Member Lounge, the new space will be located in the heart of Tomorrowland at Disneyland and sport a retro-inspired aesthetic featuring a variety of murals designed by Disney Legends.
