Disneyland-area hotel market heats up as pandemic cools

Hotels near California’s Disneyland are attracting investors as tourism emerges from the pandemic. American Koyu Hotels’ $22 million purchase of the Candlewood Suites Anaheim was among at least four deals within the past month.
