Dollywood unveils first project in $500M investment plan

The Dollywood Company is set to build a new resort called Dollywood’s HeartSong Lodge and Resort in Pigeon Forge, Tenn., as part of its $500 million property investment over the next 10 years. Slated to debut adjacent to Dollywood’s DreamMore Resort and Spa in 2023, the 302-room resort will include a 26,000-square-foot indoor and outdoor event space, a 4,000-square-foot atrium lobby and an indoor and outdoor pool complex.
