Drawings of $500M Va. resort displayed by Caesars

Caesars Entertainment released official renderings Thursday for a planned $500 million resort in Danville, Va., where voters approved gaming in a referendum last year. Groundbreaking is expected this year and a debut in 2023, the company says.
