Eagle Hospitality Trust to auction 15 US hotels

Singapore-listed Eagle Hospitality Trust is holding a stalking-horse auction for 15 US hotel properties with a starting price of $470 million. Alan Tantleff, head of FTI’s Lodging Gaming and Leisure industry practice, referred to the properties as “one of the largest portfolios of distressed assets in the market at this time.”
