EAS Charter Upgrades Fleet with Vision Jet G2+ and New Aircraft

EAS Charter, based at Miami Opa-Locka Airport (BLE), has made significant changes to its Part 135-certified fleet, retiring its Cirrus SF50 Vision Jet while bolstering its offerings with the more advanced Vision Jet G2+. This transition highlights the company’s focus on modernizing its fleet and enhancing services for its private charter clients.

The retired Cirrus SF50 Vision Jet, registered as N613FA (msn 75), was a 6.3-year-old aircraft configured to carry up to five passengers. Previously a versatile option in EAS Charter’s fleet, the jet is no longer listed as Part 135-certified. While the aircraft served its purpose as a reliable light-jet option, the company has shifted its focus to the Vision Jet G2+, which offers enhanced performance and features.

The recently introduced Vision Jet G2+ provides improved capabilities, making it a preferred choice for EAS Charter’s operations. The G2+ variant is equipped with upgrades such as enhanced avionics, increased range, and optimized cabin comfort, ensuring a superior experience for passengers. This aircraft is part of the company’s broader strategy to offer a more modern and efficient fleet tailored to its clients’ needs.

In addition to the Vision Jet G2+, EAS Charter has expanded its Part 135 fleet with other notable additions. The updated roster includes three Beechjet 400As, one of which was added in November 2024, alongside a Gulfstream G200 and a GIV-SP. These aircraft bring versatility to the fleet, catering to a wide range of travel requirements, from short regional flights to long-haul luxury charters.

The G200, known for its spacious cabin and long-range capabilities, was introduced at the same time as the Vision Jet G2+, further diversifying EAS Charter’s offerings. The addition of the GIV-SP, another recent entrant to the fleet, provides ultra-long-range travel options for high-end clientele seeking premium comfort and performance.

EAS Charter’s strategy reflects the increasing demand for efficient and luxurious private air travel. By integrating advanced aircraft like the Vision Jet G2+ and larger jets such as the GIV-SP, the company is positioning itself to cater to a broader spectrum of customer needs, whether for business or leisure.

The decision to retire the SF50 Vision Jet aligns with the company’s modernization goals.
