EBAA Sets New Dates and Pricing Strategy for EBACE 2026

The European Business Aviation Association (EBAA) has announced updated dates and a revised pricing structure for EBACE26, reinforcing its commitment to keeping Europe’s flagship business aviation event accessible and commercially competitive. The show will now take place from Tuesday 2 June to Thursday 4 June 2026, returning to its traditional early-summer slot in Geneva.
EBACE, organised by EBAA, is widely regarded as the leading business aviation event in Europe, bringing together aircraft manufacturers, operators, service providers, FBOs, airports, and industry decision-makers from across the region and beyond. The 2026 edition is expected to build on recent efforts to modernise the event format while responding to evolving market conditions and exhibitor expectations.
Alongside the date change, EBAA confirmed that EBACE26 will feature a more competitive pricing model aimed at supporting exhibitors of all sizes. The revised approach is designed to lower barriers to participation, particularly for small and mid-sized companies, while maintaining the show’s role as a high-value platform for networking, deal-making, and industry visibility. EBAA has indicated that pricing adjustments reflect feedback from exhibitors seeking greater flexibility and improved return on investment.
The new dates are intended to improve alignment with the wider global business aviation calendar and reduce conflicts with other major industry events. By hosting EBACE in early June, organisers aim to maximise attendance from international visitors while taking advantage of favourable seasonal conditions in Geneva. The timing is also expected to benefit static aircraft displays and outdoor networking, which are central elements of the show’s appeal.
EBACE26 will continue to focus on the key themes shaping business aviation, including sustainability, SAF adoption, regulatory developments, advanced air mobility, and digital innovation. EBAA has signalled that future editions of the show will place increased emphasis on conference content, thought leadership, and practical insights that address the operational and commercial challenges facing operators and service providers.
For EBAA, the updated dates and pricing strategy are part of a broader effort to strengthen EBACE’s position as the premier European meeting point for business aviation. The association has stressed that close collaboration with exhibitors, partners, and stakeholders will remain central to shaping the event’s format and value proposition.
With EBACE26 now confirmed for 2–4 June 2026, EBAA is encouraging exhibitors and attendees to begin planning early, positioning the event as a key opportunity to engage with the European business aviation market at a time of continued industry transformation and growth.
