Dubai-based airline Emirates and global mobility platform Uber have signed a strategic Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to enhance the travel experience through seamless integration of flight and ground transportation services. The partnership aims to offer Emirates customers more convenience and value, particularly through loyalty rewards and coordinated ground transfers.

The MoU, signed at Emirates’ Dubai headquarters on June 18, 2025, by Adnan Kazim, Emirates’ Deputy President and Chief Commercial Officer, and Anabel Diaz Calderon, Uber’s VP and Head of EMEA Mobility, outlines plans to deliver a more connected journey for travelers. This includes integrating Uber ride vouchers into Emirates flight bookings to streamline airport transfers and in-city mobility.

As part of the collaboration, Emirates and Uber will work to offer select Emirates customers complimentary or discounted rides to and from airports. Emirates Skywards members in the UAE and select international markets will also benefit from loyalty integrations, including earning Miles on Uber rides or redeeming them for ride credits via the Uber app.

Additionally, the partnership will explore joint marketing campaigns and last-mile delivery support for Emirates Courier Express. Uber’s logistics and delivery network may be leveraged to expand Emirates’ express service reach and speed.

“This partnership underscores our goal to offer end-to-end travel convenience and value,” said Emirates’ Kazim. Uber’s Diaz Calderon added, “Together, we aim to redefine the travel experience with integrated mobility and rewards.”

Details of technical implementation and loyalty program integration will be rolled out over the coming months across select markets within the Emirates network.
