Starting January 3, 2025, Emirates will operate its retrofitted Boeing 777 aircraft on flights between Dubai International Airport (DXB) and Vienna International Airport (VIE). Vienna becomes the fourth European destination to feature Emirates’ enhanced four-class B777 aircraft, offering passengers upgraded travel options.

The new service, flight EK125, departs Dubai at 15:40 local time, arriving in Vienna at 18:50. The return flight EK126 leaves Vienna at 21:45, landing in Dubai at 06:25 the next day. This addition complements Emirates’ existing operations on the route, which includes a mix of Boeing 777 and Airbus A380 aircraft, providing over 1,000 seats daily between the two cities.

The retrofitted Boeing 777 features an upgraded cabin layout with four classes: eight First Class suites, 40 Business Class seats in a 1-2-1 configuration, 24 Premium Economy seats in a 2-4-2 layout, and 256 Economy seats. Premium Economy passengers enjoy enhanced comfort with 6-way adjustable headrests and additional legroom.

This deployment is part of Emirates’ ambitious fleet retrofit program, which has already upgraded 10 Boeing 777 aircraft. These aircraft currently operate on routes to destinations such as Geneva, Zurich, Brussels, Tokyo, Riyadh, Kuwait, Dammam, and Chicago.

With Vienna now added to the list, Emirates continues to expand its premium offerings, showcasing its commitment to delivering superior travel experiences for its passengers while reinforcing its strong presence in the European market.
