Emirates has officially reopened its upgraded First Class lounge, “Emirates First,” at Dubai International Airport’s (DXB) Terminal 3, enhancing the premium ground experience for First Class passengers and Skywards Platinum members. The newly renovated space features a dedicated private check-in area, along with refined interior designs aimed at delivering comfort, privacy, and elegance.

The lounge reflects Emirates’ commitment to elevating its luxury travel offerings, both in the air and on the ground. With 26,800 First Class seats flown weekly, Emirates remains the world’s largest operator of international First Class travel. The launch of the updated lounge underscores the airline’s ongoing investment in customer experience.

“This is a clear demonstration of Emirates’ commitment to renovating its ground products and providing more comfort to its customers,” the airline stated.

Passengers eligible for Emirates First can enjoy a streamlined travel process, moving from check-in to one of three exclusive First Class lounges in Terminal 3 with ease. The new space exudes sophistication, using a warm, neutral color palette accented with the airline’s signature bronze and gold tones. Marble and wood flooring, grand columns, and plush leather and fabric seating areas create a relaxed and luxurious ambiance.

Adel al Redha, Emirates’ Deputy President and Chief Operating Officer, said the upgraded lounge offers “a unique and private environment” that caters to customer expectations for seamless, high-end service. “We invest heavily in upgrading our ground products… as part of our efforts to continuously uplift the overall travel journey,” he noted.

He also emphasized the seamless transition passengers experience with Emirates’ premium services—from the Chauffeur Drive Service to swift check-in at Emirates First, a world-class lounge experience, and award-winning inflight comfort.

The reopening of Emirates First strengthens the airline’s position as a leader in luxury travel, offering its most loyal and high-tier passengers an unmatched pre-flight experience at its Dubai hub.
