Emirates’ flagship Airbus A380 aircraft has made a return to Morocco, landing at Casablanca’s Mohammed V International Airport (CMN) on April 15, 2023.

The A380 aircraft sported Emirates’ latest Museum of the Future livery to mark the special occasion.

According to Emirates, the aircraft was received by Khalfan Al Salami, Emirates country manager, Morocco, along with a host of dignitaries including Alasri Al Dhaheri, the UAE ambassador of Morocco, Omar Abdulrahman Al Tunaiji, UAE Consul General of Morocco, Alarby Bin Ebrahim, public relations manager, and Abdalhaq Mazrour, airport director, Morocco.

The A380 service replaces the Boeing 777-300ER aircraft currently used between Dubai and Casablanca.

The daily service will operate on the following schedule:

EK 751 departs Dubai at 07:30 local time, and lands in Casablanca at 11:55 local time.

EK 752 departs Casablanca at 14:45 local time, arriving in Dubai at 01:15 the following day.

Emirates has been flying to Morocco for 21 years, and first announced the return of the A380 to Casablanca in January 2023.

Casablanca is a popular leisure destination on Emirates’ network, and demand on the route has seen steady growth since being launched in March 2002.

Emirates also now flies the A380 to two other destinations in Africa: Johannesburg and Cairo.
