Enterprise Holdings announced an updated Standard of Care process that ensures travelers receive the best maintained and cleaned vehicles from its three brands, Enterprise Rent-A-Car, National Car Rental and Alamo Rent a Car.

The car rental giant has expanded its commitment to customer service by guiding its rental locations with a series of best practices designed to meet or exceed Enterprise’s high-quality standards.

To ensure travelers feel confident with every rental, Enterprise, National and Alamo all follow the Complete Clean Pledge, which includes improved cleaning practices for vehicles and branch locations.

Through a partnership with Clorox, Enterprise Holdings’ latest sanitizing protocols play a crucial role in delivering the care customers expect, with a free Clorox Disinfecting Wipe made available in each rental vehicle in the United States and Canada.

As part of a broader effort to deliver an exceptional and personalized experience, the car rental company is increasing its efforts to provide high-tech, low-touch digital tools that offer less contact without sacrificing service.

Enterprise also follows or exceeds manufacturer guidelines for tire replacement and oil changes to ensure each traveler’s experience is safe and uninterrupted. Employees also perform a final quality check on every vehicle before each rental.
