EPR Properties is acquiring two Canadian properties for a total of $142 million, and Premier Parks will lease the assets under a long-term triple net lease. The two properties are the Calypso Waterpark in Ottawa, Ontario, and the Village Vacances Valcartier resort and hotel in Quebec City, Quebec.
