Europe-focused KSL adds family-owned Eden Hotels

KSL Capital Partners has bought a majority share of Amsterdam-based Eden Hotels as it pursues a European expansion strategy. The Dijkstra family, which has owned Eden for 75 years, will retain a minority stake in the 14-property chain.
