EVA Air has announced the launch of a new non-stop flight route connecting Taipei’s Taiwan Taoyuan International Airport (TPE) with Dallas Fort Worth International Airport (DFW), set to begin on October 3, 2025. The service will be operated by the airline’s Boeing B777-300ER fleet, marking a significant expansion of EVA Air’s North American network.

Dallas will become EVA Air’s ninth destination in North America, joining existing routes to Chicago O’Hare International Airport (ORD), George Bush Intercontinental Airport (IAH) in Houston, Los Angeles International Airport (LAX), New York’s John F. Kennedy Airport (JFK), San Francisco International Airport (SFO), Seattle Tacoma International Airport (SEA), Toronto Pearson International Airport (YYZ), and Vancouver International Airport (YVR).

EVA Air has been offering cargo services to and from Dallas since 1998, and with the region’s growing economy, population, and influx of international businesses, the airline has seen increasing demand for direct passenger flights. The new route will cater to this demand, offering travelers a convenient link between Taiwan and the U.S. state of Texas.

Clay Sun, President of EVA Air, expressed excitement about the new service, saying, “The opening of the direct passenger flight to Dallas makes us the only airline in Asia to operate two routes to Texas. As the third-largest airport in the world in terms of passenger traffic and a hub for transfers to major cities in the United States, Central, and South America, having service in this market creates more convenience for our passengers.”

The new route will operate three times weekly, with flights departing every Wednesday, Friday, and Sunday. The flight schedule is as follows:

BR50: Taipei departs at 19:10 local time, arriving in Dallas at 19:40 local time.

BR49: Dallas departs at 22:50 local time, arriving in Taipei at 04:05 local time two days later.

This new direct service between Taipei and Dallas further strengthens EVA Air’s position as a major international carrier and enhances its growing network in North America, providing passengers with more options for seamless travel between Taiwan and the U.S.
