At the 2025 Paris Air Show, Eve Air Mobility announced a $250 million binding agreement with Brazilian urban air mobility operator Revo for up to 50 electric vertical takeoff and landing (eVTOL) aircraft. The deal, revealed on June 14 ahead of the show’s official opening, includes entry-into-service support and aftermarket services. Revo is a subsidiary of Omni Helicopters International (OHI).

Johann Bordais, CEO of Eve Air Mobility, said the agreement marks a major step forward, reflecting market confidence in Eve’s eVTOL technology and commercial roadmap. The partnership will make Revo the launch operator of Eve’s eVTOLs in São Paulo, Brazil, with the first aircraft deliveries scheduled for Q4 2027.

São Paulo, one of the world’s busiest helicopter markets with over 400 registered helicopters and nearly 2,000 daily takeoffs and landings, offers significant potential for urban air mobility solutions. Revo CEO Joao Welsh emphasized Eve’s mature aircraft design, comprehensive support services, and Embraer’s aerospace expertise as key reasons for selecting Eve.

The agreement builds on existing collaborations between Eve, OHI, and Revo, which include prior aircraft commitments, service agreements, and successful air traffic management simulations using Eve’s Vector software. The deal also grants Revo access to Eve TechCare, a complete suite of operational support tools designed to optimize eVTOL operations and fleet performance.

Jeremy Akel, Group CEO of OHI, said adding up to 50 Eve eVTOLs supports the company’s diversification and leadership in the emerging low-altitude economy. Eve Air Mobility, a subsidiary of Embraer, also unveiled a full-scale mockup of its eVTOL at the Paris Air Show.
