CGI Hospitality Opportunity Fund I, whose investors include former baseball star Alex Rodriguez, has purchased the Celino South Beach hotel complex in Miami Beach, Fla., for an undisclosed sum. The seller, Optimum Development USA, bought the mixed-use property in 2013 for $51 million.
